Dimensional Holiday Snowflake Ornaments

Add a festive flair to your holiday by creating these easy and intriguing dimensional snowflake ornaments. Learn to fuse fabric to poster board, cutting it into strips, weave and glue them together and embellish them as desired for a simple yet effective holiday decoration. Hang them on your holiday tree or use them as adornments to your gift packages. Once you learn the technique, you’ll want to explore the possibilities of differing sizes and fabric combinations. This class is suitable to all skill levels and a fun and relaxing way to usher in the holidays. Students will need to bring: Glue gun with several extra glue sticks Heat resistant rubber finger protectors or heat resistant gloves (if you have them) Shrp utility scissors Small rotary cutting mat with rotary cutter and ruler.

*Lab fee: $10 to be paid directly to instructor on the start of class

French Cooking Class

Italian Cooking 101

Students will learn the fundamentals of Italian cooking, learning how to make 2 types of red sauces; an easy weeknight marinara and slow cooked “Sunday Gravy” with meatball, sausage and braciole (stuffed steak). Buonissimo!

Reiki II Certification (Prerequisite Reiki I)

Reiki II is about “Emotional and Distant Healing.” While some people are happy to stay at level I, others have “the calling to heal the world and self, emotionally and physically.” There are two symbols given at this degree; they are for emotional and distant healing of self and others. Students will learn about the body’s energy centers (chakras), chakra crystal grids, auras, and updated Reiki history. Students will receive hands-on training (table-time) and a Reiki II manual, attunement, and certificate.This class will be limited to 7 participants.Reiki III will be offered next semester. Pet Reiki included.

*Lab fee: $75 to be paid directly to instructor on the first day of class.
