Crystal Healing for Beginners

Crystals are gifts from Mother Earth that can help us heal ourselves and others. In this class you will learn the basics of how to clear, cleanse, program and use these gifts from nature in your daily life for concentration, meditation and healing. Students will also learn the basics of the bodies energy system (Aura/Chakras) and how to use crystals to balance, clear and charge it. Students will receive a class study guide and be guided on a crystal chakra healing meditation by Certified Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master Donna Shaw. Students should bring pen, water.

Drilled Sea Glass Necklace and Keychain

Learn the secrets to drilling glass, stones and shells. Add colorful beads and spirals using our easy wire-wrapped loop techniques to create your own unique jewelry. Use our collection of sea glass, beach stones and shells, or bring your own favorites. Workshop fee includes all materials to make one pendant and one key chain.

Face It, You Can Draw!

So you think you can’t draw? Think again! This class will use simple exercises to train your brain to perceive things in a different way. The ultimate goal of this class is to draw portraits. This class will be centered around drawing portraits from life and photos. Students should bring sketch pads, and 2B-4B pencils to class. Recommended reading for class “Drawing on The Right Side of the Brain”

Farm To Table

In this class you will learn how to cook with seasonal ingredients using the freshest fruits, vegetables and meats available. This will be at least a three course to four course meal. The class’ products will be completely sourced from local farms and the menu will be dependent on what is available and freshest at the time of the class.

Hatha Yoga

Everyone can do some yoga and with very little instruction you can begin to practice your focus on breath and holding postures. Yoga improves your posture, tightens and tones your body, increases circulation, strengthens the back muscles and helps with anxiety. Students should bring a yoga mat and a towel or light blanket. Wear loose clothing suitable for exercise. This class is for the beginner to experienced yoga student.
