Calendar Next available session starts Mar 7, 2024 at 6:30 pm
1 additional session on Mar 14, 2024

If you thought meditation was just for stress relief, then be prepared to be amazed! Sahaja Yoga's Founder, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, worked selflessly to help empower people to lead more balanced lives and achieve greater spiritual heights through meditation by developing the techniques that form the basis of Sahaja Yoga. Sahaja Yoga is an antar yoga meaning 'inner connection' and no physical exercise is required. There is nothing to bring but yourself! Beginners welcome.

About the instructor: Jerry Mayfield has more than 25 years experience sharing Sahaja Yoga meditation in libraries, universities, street fairs, prisons, recovery facilities and even a midtown Manhattan elevator stuck between floors.
