You will start this class by learning how to make the traditional Italian Wedding Soup. This will be followed by Chicken Francese (Lemon, Egg Parmesan Chicken) over pasta and finish off the class with a delicious tiramisu that will leave you wanting more!

Introduction to Spanish 1

Learn the basic structure of the Spanish language, including simple grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation—the building blocks of conversation. Classes will be interactive and taught in English and Spanish. Along the way you’ll learn about the culture, music, food, and whatever else interests you about Latin American countries or Spain! Specific content will be tailored to your Spanish language needs (e.g., for travel, work, new friends/family, school, or a fun new challenge).

Students should bring notebooks, pens and laptop/tablet (optional)

Classes will be interactive, with English instruction. Along the way you’ll learn about the culture, music, food, and whatever else interests you about Latin American countries or Spain. Content will be tailored to your needs (e.g., for travel, work, new friends/family, school, or a fun new challenge).

Maine Driving Dynamics

The Maine Driving Dynamics course is a driver improvement course that is aimed to improve a student’s defensive driving awareness and abilities. This five-hour course includes discussion of collision avoidance techniques, safety issues, driver habits and attitudes, and the basic elements that constantly challenge drivers on Maine’s highways. Our goal is to save lives, prevent injuries, and reduce vehicle-related crashes. The course may be taken for point reduction only once every 365 days. Students who successfully complete the course will receive a three-point credit on their driving record.

This is a 2 night class. You must be present at both nights to successfully complete class.
