Retrain Your Brain: The Secret To Staying Lean
with Carolann Charland-Cliche
Discover the real reason why 90% of diets end in failure. It has nothing to do with the diet! Over the years when you repeatedly went from one diet to another, it created a powerful neuropathway in the brain or behavior pattern of diet failure that the brain automatically used as a default behavior every time you started a new diet. Unknowingly, you programmed your brain to NOT lose weight! Neural Retraining Therapy uses techniques to break unwanted habits and behavior patterns stored in the brain. This program stops diet failure and helps you to eliminate unhealthy eating habits (usually programmed in the brain since childhood) that sabotage your weight loss efforts.
COURSE INCLUDES: Includes my 45pg eBook “The Diet Fix: Your Key to Diet Success”
BONUS: A 30-minute guided meditation therapy session( in-class) to jumpstart your weight loss goals. (you can record for home use)
