Learn the history and philosophy of hospice, and the medical issues at the end of life including pain and symptom management, communication, family dynamics, grief, loss and spiritual care. Hospice volunteer work is not about a patient’s demise. It is about their living!

Each week features new techniques to practice at home, in class as well as a weekly guided hypno-meditation. The only limitations are the ones we’ve created in our mind learn how to set yours free and change them! Certified Hypnotherapist Donna Shaw has been teacher self-hypnosis since 2012.
