In this class you will learn how to cook with seasonal ingredients using the freshest fruits, vegetables and meats available. This will be at least a three course to four course meal. The class’ products will be completely sourced from local farms and the menu will be dependent on what is available and freshest at the time of the class.

*$20 lab fee paid directly to instructor at start of class
