Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives.
Creative Sushi For Everyone

Whether new to sushi or experienced in making your own, this class is sure to expand your sushi horizons. You’ll learn how to set up your home kitchen for sushi success and the fundamentals of sushi rolling. You’ll be busy making sushi from the start. We’ll cover a range of ideas for featuring raw fish, cooked seafood and veggies; tips for using brown rice; making sushi burritos; and how to plan a complete sushi-themed party with homemade miso soup, seaweed salad and a beautiful display that includes something for everyone. Bring a sharp knife and a large container or two to take your creations home.

Dimensional Holiday Snowflake Ornaments

Add a festive flair to your holiday by creating these easy and intriguing dimensional snowflake ornaments. Learn to fuse fabric to poster board, cutting it into strips, weave and glue them together and embellish them as desired for a simple yet effective holiday decoration. Hang them on your holiday tree or use them as adornments to your gift packages. Once you learn the technique, you’ll want to explore the possibilities of differing sizes and fabric combinations. This class is suitable to all skill levels and a fun and relaxing way to usher in the holidays. Students will need to bring: Glue gun with several extra glue sticks Heat resistant rubber finger protectors or heat resistant gloves (if you have them) Shrp utility scissors Small rotary cutting mat with rotary cutter and ruler.

Earrings Made with Natural Materials

The inspiration for these unique earrings made from nature is our instructor’s Native American grandmother. Using wood bark, pine cones, moss, rocks and sterling silver wire enjoy creating easy one of a kind nature inspired piece of jewelry! Look at nature a whole new way and learn the techniques inspire your creativity. Students need to bring: Jewelry pliers and jewelry cutters ( there will be some to share at class, also)

Etheric Cord Workshop

Come learn about etheric (energy) cords, what they are, how they affect our relationships, health & our lives! Learn the difference between good energy cords and bad energy cords, why contrary to many "cutting" cords isn't the way we should deal with them! You will also learn and practice through a guided meditation how to find them in your body & how get rid of your cords on your own! Teacher: Donna Shaw, Reiki Master & Certified Hypnotherapist.

Face It You Can Draw!

So you think you can’t draw? Think again! This class will use simple exercises to train your brain to perceive things in a different way. The ultimate goal of this class is to draw portraits. This class will be centered around drawing portraits from life and photos. Students should bring sketch pads, and 2B-4B pencils to class. French Cooking Class

Students will learn to make the classic French onion soup with slow cooked onions and lots of wine. Then you will earn to make bistro style steak frites with cognac butter and an apple tart for dessert. Bon appetit!
